The service offering will have to meet the daily need for manpower to replace vacant positions in our facilities. Contractors will be able to bid for one, two or three lots. Contracts will be awarded by lot. To this end, the tenderer must complete a lot submission form indicating the lot number for which he wishes to tender. A map of the territory covered by the CISSS de la Montérégie-Est, as well as a list of installations by batch are included at the end of the estimate. (See Annexes A and B) The contractor must consider that he may be called upon to more than one installation at a time, and must therefore ensure that he has the required personnel. Several projects will be at the same time in several establishments in the area. The CISSS de la Montérégie-Est wishes to receive bids in order to establish an hourly rate contract for the following trades: Painter ; Apprentice painter; 1st - 2nd - 3rd Foreman; CONTEXT OF REALIZATION OF THE MANDATE The Integrated Health and Social Services Center of Montérégie-Est (CISSS de la Montérégie-Est) is the result of the grouping of health and social services centers (CSSS) Richelieu Yamaska, Pierre Boucher and Pierre-De-Saurel as well as of the Center jeunesse de la Montérégie. In total, there are more than 50 installations grouped into three lots, each occupying an area on the territory. (See the map and list of facilities and their addresses in the appendices at the end of this document.) As an indication, the CISSS du Montérégie-Est here represented by the Technical Services Department (DST) plans to undertake asset maintenance, functional renovations, maintenance and renovation work in several facilities. This work can be carried out under the performance contract on request. The total work is defined, by batch, annually as follows: 1. Lot 1 - Saint-Hyacinthe and surrounding area: $ 425,000 ($ 1,275,000 for the duration of 3 years); 2. Lot 2 - Sorel and surrounding area: $ 250,000 ($ 750,000 for the duration of 3 years); 3. Lot 3 - Longueuil and surrounding area: $ 800,000 ($ 2,400,000 for the duration of 3 years). In order to be compliant, the tenderer must have carried out and completed : 1- At least five (5) projects, valued at $ 10,000 or more, in the last five years, in the presence of clients in the health network, including at least one in a CHSLD or in a hospital.
