Proposals must be received at the Receptionist Desk of the District Office at 115 W Allen Avenue, San Dimas, California 91773 and shall be opened and publicly read aloud at the Facilities Department Conference Room at the designated time.. It is each bidder's sole responsibility to ensure its proposal is timely delivered and received at the location designated as specified above.. Any proposal received at the designated location after the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals shall be returned to the bidder unopened. The District and Board of Education reserve the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any irregularities in any proposals or in the bidding procedure.
