Deadline for Inquiries 3:00 PM, MST, 3/04/2022 For individuals unable to attend in person, ASU will provide a Zoom Meeting option. One representative from each firm must register their Zoom attendees by sending an email with the firms name and the name, email address and phone number of each individual attending to Joan Stockmaster no later than 12:00 noon MST on 2/24/2022. The Buyer will reply with the Zoom Meeting link. Wireless microphones will be used during the presentation and Q&A session to ensure audio quality. Attendance is strongly recommended for those who desire to submit a Proposal. The ASU Project Manager will be available to discuss the Project. For those attending in-person please bring a business card for streamlined sign-in. The proposed location for the New School of Manufacturing Systems and Networks Building (MSN) is on the parcel of land bound by Innovation Way West on the West, East Unity Avenue to the north and Innovation Way South to the south on the Arizona State University Polytechnic Campus in Mesa Arizona. See Attachment A - ASU MSN Concept Master Plan. The MSN Building shall include approximately 192,000 G.S.F. of research space focused on five research thrusts. The project will be a comprehensive addition to ASU's growing Polytechnic campus and serve as a catalyst for the proposed Innovation Research district adjacent to the campus. The facility will house innovative research teams focusing on the research thrusts as itemized below: 1. Additive Manufacturing: 25,056 G.S.F. 2. Robotics for Smart Manufacturing and Industry Automation: 12,920 G.S.F. 3. Cyber Manufacturing and Operations Research: 14,180 G.S.F. 4. Semi-conductor Manufacturing: 17,928 G.S.F. 5. Manufacturing Systems for the Energy Sector: 20,344 G.S.F. Estimated Construction Budget: $124,000,000.00 Total Project Budget: $175,000,000.00 *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
