Site work and paving for a road / highway in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Lincoln Lake Rd. - 18 Mile Rd. to Bradshaw Ave. & 19 Mile Rd - Bass Lake Ave. to Montcalm Ave This contract will be considered for award on January 25, 2022. The project may begin on or after May 1, 2022, however, once the project begins, the contractor is expected to continue work, within reason, to complete the project within a reasonable amount of time Completion date of the bid portion of this project is no later than September 30, 2022 The undersigned encloses a bid bond in the amount of five (5) percent payable to Kent County Road Commission as a guarantee of good faith. The successful respondent shall furnish the Contracting Board with a Performance Bond in the amount of the Total Contract within seven (5) consecutive days of date of award by said Board before Contract can be executed. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or to waive irregularities therein, and to accept any Proposals which, in the opinion of the Board, may be most advantageous and to the best interest of the County. HMA Spillway shall be constructed in accordance with the detail as shown on page 2, using the HMA top course mix specified for the project. The length and location of the spillway will be as shown on the plans or as directed by the Engineer.
