The cégep de trois-rivières invites distributors and manufacturers to provide a price for the manufacture, delivery and start-up of a generator set assembled inside a soundproof shelter with a fuel tank under the base ; The tenderer must take into consideration that this call for tenders is the subject of a pre-purchase included in a future construction project, that the order resulting from this call for tenders will be the subject of a letter of the intention is that the cégep de trois-rivières will transfer the responsibilities related to this pre-purchase to the successful contractor. The contractor will acquire this agreement as the buyer. In doing so, he will assume all the obligations and responsibilities that will form part of this pre-purchase including payment for the equipment.
