Project awarded to : TSM Tennis Amount: 130000 This City of Newton Request For Proposals (RFP) invites sealed proposals from proposers for: Tennis Court Management Services The term of the awarded contract shall extend from the date of contract execution through to December 31, 2022 and may be renewed by the City for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Performance Bond: The TPM will, at or before the execution of the resulting agreement, furnish to the City an acceptable corporate surety performance bond in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), or equivalent security, as security for faithful performance and non-negligent performance of the agreement. The bond shall be in force at all times during the term of the management agreement.
