Renovation of a fire / police facility in Moncton, New Brunswick. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Exterior upgrades. Scope of work to include: replacing damaged brick masonry as required and repoint all around exterior; Inspect all flashings and caulking at openings for deterioration and repair/replace as required; Investigate and replace currently installed windows - approximately 65 windows. Install new window flashings along window ledge to prevent water infiltration; All exterior walkways, stairs and retaining wall to be re-designed and re-constructed; and air/removal of the leaky conduit running through the building foundation. TIMELINE: A Request for Proposal for design services closed at the owner in January, 2022 however, no contracts have been awarded. Project may be republished in the future, if/once it proceeds with construction. Coverage of this report is discontinued at this time. *Budget is unreleased.
