Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Colleyville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,157-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
Project number -2021.001, 3210166, 134-21-23 The total The City seeks a qualified Bidder to perform all construction, modifications, and supply all materials and equipment for the COLLEYVILLE SENIOR CENTER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, as more particularly described in Section 01 1000 of the project manual. Bidders must submit, with their bids, a cashier's or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount bid, payable without recourse to CITY OF COLLEYVILLE, TEXAS. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price from an approved Surety Company. The Project consists of the renovation of the exiting senior center facility and associated site construction as more completely described in the Contract Documents DEADLINE TO SUBMIT QUESTIONS Monday, January 10, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. CST
