The Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority (CCMWA) hereby requests Proposals from qualified Providers for the On-Call Electric Motor Service Program. This submission will assist CCMWA in qualifying up to two Providers to provide on-call medium-voltage motor maintenance services. No minimum or maximum amount of work is guaranteed under the solicitation, and work will be procured on an "as-needed" basis. One (1) unbound original (designated as original) and three (3) bound copies of your proposal should be submitted to CCMWA no later than 2:00 PM on the closing date. Proposals received after the deadline will be returned to the sender unopened. All copies of the proposal must be identical. The full cost of proposal preparation is to be borne by the proposing firm. Proposals must be signed in ink by a company official that has authorization to commit company resources. Sole responsibility rests with the Provider to see that their proposal is received on time at the above stated location. Proposals sent by telegraphic and/or electronic devices are not acceptable and will be rejected upon receipt. Providers are expected to allow adequate time for delivery of their proposal either by hand delivery, postal service, or other means. All questions concerning the Request for Proposal should be submitted in writing by January 11, 2022 to Bradley Waller, Maintenance Division Manager. Where appropriate, CCMWA responses to formal questions will also be in writing and will be distributed to all Providers on our record as having received a copy of the Request for Proposal. In each case, CCMWA will determine whether a response is appropriate or necessary.
