Arkansas Energy and Environment is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional Architect and Engineer design services for new construction of: Professional architectural and engineering design services for the site preparation and construction of approximately a 12,000 sq ft, two story building, consisting of an approximately an 8,000 square foot open high ceiling warehouse facility (to be utilized as a geologic sample library and research area) and approximately 4,000 square feet (2,000 square feet on each floor) for office space and a technology training room. Facility will be located at the existing E&E Office Complex in N. Little Rock, AR. A detailed request for qualifications (RFQ) package will be provided to interested parties outlining the submittal requirements and selection methodology. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants and select finalist for interview in accordance with the MSC. The Agency reserves the right to negotiate fees on a percentage basis, lump sum basis or an hourly not-to-exceed basis on individual project assignments as appropriate for the contemplated work.
