This program provides the improvements to various well sites and pump stations. Improvements include valve and piping rehabilitation/replacement; Rehabilitate/replace electrical switchgear, motor control components, automatic transfer switches and electrical generation support equipment. Work of the Contract is for construction of Facilities Improvements at Various Well Sites and Re-Pump Stations. The improvements are at'16 locations for the following 18 wells: 1. The sites are located apart from another and within the City of Houston limits. The work in general, to be performed under this Contract consists of, but is not limited to, the following general tasks, which are more specifically described in the Contract Drawings and other Sections of these specifications- Repair concrete sealing block and pump base. Remove and replace existing blowoff box. Replace pipe supports Repair or replace sections of fence as called out on the drawings. This may include new fabric, poles, and barbed wire Remove and replace existing well discharge and blowoff piping Estimate value: $10,266,600.00 - CONTRACT TIME - 784 days MBE (13%), WBE (7%)
