The City of Bentonville is accepting annual Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms whom provide professional services (such as architecture, engineering, legal, etc.) interested in being considered for providing professional services for 2021 projects. Submissions received after this date will be accepted, but may not be taken into consideration for 2022 projects based on the project timelines. In addition to providing an SOQ, the City requests that you complete the SOQ Supplemental Information Form, which can be downloaded from the City of Bentonville Website using the information below or can be requested from the Purchasing Department by emailing purchasing@bentonvillear.com. This Advertisement and the SOQ Supplemental Information Form are the only solicitation documents for this Request. Interested parties should submit their SOQ in their preferred format, with information for the City to consider for upcoming projects including, but not limited to: contact information and history of the firm, areas the firm specializes in, past experience, references, size and capacity, and other information related to the firms qualifications. Questions may be submitted to the City of Bentonville Purchasing Department by emailing purchasing@bentonvillear.com; questions must be submitted in written format only. The deadline for the submission of questions is January 26, 2022 at 4:30PM (CT). The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
