Federal #: TEA-0038(146) The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of the construction of the Jackson River Trail Phase 5 (Approx. 1.6 miles) located in Alleghany County & Bath County, Virginia, which includes clearing and grubbing, grading, drainage improvements, gravel trail construction, the construction of a trailhead with gravel parking area, bathroom facility, shelter, landscaping, and associated appurtenances.
