**As of February 21, 2022, this project has been awarded to Bison Services, LLC and no awarded amount available.** The proposed Work is generally described as follows: Furnishing the labor, materials, tools, equipment and services necessary for the replacement of the (4) packaged rooftop units with (4) new gas-fired packaged rooftop units. This work also includes: installing (7) new VVT boxes as replacements; (3) new VVT boxes as added zones; some new ductwork; install new controls for all systems and complete setup and calibration of controls per manufacturer's instructions; install (4) new transfer ducts for the restroom makeup air; install new manual dampers on each duct branch to balance the system; balance the system including the rooftop units, VVT boxes, and each air device in the space; and installing bi-polar ionization for each packaged rooftop unit. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a construction payment bond and performance bond. The City of Crestview Hills reserves the right to reject any or all Bids for any reason, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, incomplete, unbalanced, or conditional bids, to waive any errors, and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the City to make an award to that Bidder.
