The City of Gaithersburg is seeking to enter into a contract for the provision of civil engineering services to conduct a watershed study covering approximately 740 acres in the Muddy Branch, Lower Seneca Creek, and the Middle Seneca Creek watersheds as shown in Exhibit A. The successful offeror will collaborate with a project team to identify, evaluate and prioritize opportunities for improving neighborhood level Stormwater management systems (pipes, manholes, catch basins, culverts, outfalls), and develop and administer a parallel community outreach process that fosters stakeholder engagement. Bidder Questions Due in Writing: 1/14/2022 By 2:00 PM Citys Answers to Questions Issued: 1/21/2022 by 5:00 PM The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals in full or in part and/or to waive any technicalities and/or informalities as best may serve the interests of the City. The City is under no obligation to any Offeror until a contract is executed for the Services described herein. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
