Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Mount Enterprise, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Mt. Enterprise Independent School District is soliciting proposals for qualifications from qualified persons or companies to serve as Construction Manager at-Risk for the construction of a New High School, Band Hall, Ag shop, New Cafeteria & Other Campus Improvements. This is a one-step selection process pursuant to Texas Government Code Sec. 2269.253. Mt. Enterprise ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals/qualifications. The proposed Project consists of new high school classrooms, new gymnasium and other site improvements. Budget - $9.8 million construction cost. completion- August, 2023.
