As of April 4, 2022 This project is already awarded to Three Peaks Maintenance & Construction LLC with the awarded amount of $133,613. Project is now under construction. Construction of a new pumphouse, pumping equipment and water storage with abandonment of the existing PWS appurtenances than well and pump. All bids over $25,000.00 must be accompanied by a bid security meeting the requirements of the State of Montana in the amount of 10% of the total bid. After award, the successful bidder must furnish an approved Performance Security and a Labor & Material Payment Security each in the amount of 100% of the contract.
