Federal Project No.: STP-M-9409(221) The Brother Blvd. and Yale Rd. resurfacing project limits are Brother Blvd. from SR-15 (US-64/Stage Road) to SR-177 (North Germantown Road) and Yale Road from Kirby Whitten Road to Brother Blvd. The project consists of milling and paving with select areas of sub-grade repair, curb and gutter replacement, driveway apron replacement, curb ramps, pavement markings, traffic control, and drainage work. All work will take place within existing right-of-way. The project length is approx. 3.411 miles with approx. 16.468 miles of total lane resurfaced. Completion Time: On or Before 270 Calendar Days A Prime Contractor must prequalify with the Department of Transportation in accordance with Section 54-5-117 of the Tennessee Code Annotated and Tennessee Department of Transportation Rule 1680-5-3 prequalification of contractors before biddable proposals will be furnished.
