Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Irving, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The owner has selected a Construction Manager. The intention of the City of Irving, Texas to select a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for preconstruction and construction services for the Irving Police Department Gun Range located at the Irving Public Safety Facility. The new facility will provide for the training and qualification needs of City of Irving Public Safety personnel. Belt line Road at the Citys Public Safety Facility. The preliminary budget set for this project by the City is $15 million and includes the Cost of the Work Plus the Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. This amount shall not be exceeded without prior written consent of the City. Any cost savings realized below the amount identified as the Guaranteed Maximum Price at the completion of the Work shall be returned to the City.
