A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project generally includes furniture and bookcase moving as required, existing carpet removal and disposal, concrete floor crack repair, supply and install new carpet and all associated minor work for a complete project. ; non-bidders will be refunded one-half of the deposit upon return of such plans and specifications in good condition within thirty (30) days following the award of the contract. Upon acceptance of their bid, if the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract pursuant to the requirements of the Board, or fails to give further security prescribed in this notice, with the time limited therein, then the check deposited as aforesaid and the moneys standing to the credit of same, shall be forfeited to the Town as liquidated damages, or the payment of the bond enforced for the benefit of the Town.
