The scope of work includes the removal of the existing unit, delivery and installation of the new unit, as well as the rigging, electrical and duct work necessary to support the new unit. The cost for any applicable environmental fees, gas and electric connections fees, equipment charges and adaptation charges are to be included with the cost proposal.
