Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section of the Bid Document. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required. Scope of Work The work at each location includes, but are not limited to, clearing and grubbing; excavation and grading; tree removal; removal of invasive plantings; new plantings; bituminous pavement replacement; temporary erosion and sediment control measures; temporary stream diversion; and site restoration. In addition at Penn Wynne Park, are new stormwater structures and pipes, boulder wall, and fencing. Construction is estimated to begin in March 2022 pending contract execution and weather conditions. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE : 1/21/2022 5:00 PM Remington Basin is estimated to be $300k, and Penn Wynne Park is estimated to be $200k. For Contract #4652-21-41 and #4652-21-42, the contract term is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days for each. For Contract #4652-21-43, the contract term is one hundred eighty (180) calendar days.
