Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Littleton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
As of January 25, 2022, the project is anticipated to be awarded on March 8th, 2022. Please reach out to Douglas County or Project Engineer Dan Roberts for bidding documents. This project consists of the removal and replacement of Poston Parkway between Wildcat Reserve Parkway and Grigs Road in Douglas County. Bid items includes 9-inch concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, aggregate base course, pavement markings, storm sewer inlets, sprinklers, and erosion control. Douglas County will not be held responsible for misinformation received from private plan rooms. All questions are due to Dan Roberts, Project Engineer by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. The Project includes the following major items and approximate quantities: " 28,451 square yards of 9-inch concrete pavement " 12,738 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter " 9,423 tons of aggregate base course Prior to submitting a Bid Proposal, Bidders shall have received prequalification status (active status) with the Colorado Department of Transportation to bid on individual projects of the size and kind of work as set forth herein.
