Replacement of gymnasium entryway. Contractor is responsible to remove existing concrete entryway. Contractor must inspect the site and verify that existing site conditions and substrate surfaces are acceptable for structural support and all subsequent work and prepare site for installation of new concrete entryway. Contractor is responsible to install all applicable handrails. All bids must be marked "Sealed Bid". The winning bidder will be notified once the bids have been reviewed and awarded. This bid consists of removal of existing concrete entryway, grading and preparing the site area, complete installation of new concrete entryway and installing handrails. The City of Simpsonville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities. Small, minority and women's businesses and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to bid this project.
