Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
For the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to "Construction of Wastewater Plant Phase One (Facility Lease) for Harris County MUD No. 559, Harris County, Texas." Work to include but not limited to: Installation of one (1) prefabricated 0.25 MGD steel wastewater treatment plant consisting of headworks, three (3) aeration basins, one (1) clarifier, one (1) chlorine contact basin, two (2) sludge digesters, (3) positive displacement blowers, drain pad, non-potable water system, chlorine disinfection with portable eyewash station, associated piping, stairs, walkways, controls, electrical service equipment, and all necessary appurtenances. There is no pre-bid conference associated with this project. A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities. By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature. If plans and bid documents are not immediately available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the engineer.
