The City of Laguna Niguel Is Requesting Proposals From Qualified Consultants to Provide Design and Project Management Services for the City Hall Audio Visual Equipment Upgrade Project. Qualifications shall be submitted by firms that have a capable and demonstrable background in the type of work described in Section II - Scope of Services and Section III - General Specifications. In addition, all interested firms shall have sufficient, readily available resources in the form of trained personnel, support services, specialized consultants and financial resources to carry out the work without delay or shortcomings. All questions or clarifications shall be submitted via email to Bruce Lindemann, Maintenances Services Manager, at blindemann@cityoflagunaniguel.org no later than 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 7, 2022. The City will respond to all written questions by issuing a written addendum no later 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 12, 2022. Responses to RFP Questions Wednesday, January 12, 2022 Pre-Bid Meeting No Award of Agreement Tuesday, March 1, 2022 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
