Value Notes: Between $5,700,000 and $6,300,000 This project will construct the downstream end of the Tennessee & Oneida Storm System project, which will improve ponding and localized flooding at the sump in S. Oneida St just north of Tennessee Ave. This first phase of construction will remove and replace the outlet structure of Lollipop Lake in Garland Park, replace the culvert across Cherry Creek Drive North and rebuild the outfall into Cherry Creek. Phase 1 will also build the downstream end of a new storm system pipe network, which will outfall into Garland Park and convey stormwater runoff into Lollipop Lake via a graded and landscaped swale. The new stormdrain will come out onto S Kearney St and make the turn eastward onto Mississippi Ave, where the storm system improvements will terminate for Phase 1.
