The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining these cards and the cost of these cards shall be included in the bid price. The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating with Jefferson to obtain training (performed by Port Authority Police) for their supervisors or designated employees to be certified as TWIC escorts to accompany any non-TWIC employees, subcontractors, vendors, etc as per 33 CFR 101.
