The purpose of this document is to provide general and specific information for use in submitting a bid to supply Chatham County with equipment, supplies, and/or services as described herein. All bids are governed by the Code of Chatham County, and the laws of the State of Georgia. Goals established for this project is 12% MBE/ 5% WBE. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or technicalities in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the County. The County reserves the right to reject the bid of a bidder who has previously failed to perform properly or complete on time contracts of a similar nature, or a bid from a bidder whom investigation shows is not in a position to perform the contract.
