Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Columbus, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Bidding documents will be on file and available for examination at: EMC Engineering Services, Inc. 3575 Macon Road, Suite 15, Columbus, GA 31907 All proposals must be on a lump sum basis; no segregated proposal will be accepted. All prospective bidders will be required to have on file with the Owner, fifteen (15) days prior to bid date, an executed "Contractor's Qualification Statement", AIA Document A305, latest edition. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the time and date of opening of bids. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid. Bids must be submitted on the proposal forms as indicated in the specifications. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required by the successful bidder in the full amount of the Contract Sum. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities in the bidding. All contractor's questions shall be sent electronically to columbus@emc-eng.com no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday January 12, 2022 and the last date an addendum will be issued is January 14, 2022 by close of business All construction shall be complete and ready for occupancy by July 31, 2022.
