Renovation of a municipal facility in Sanford, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Seminole County seeks a qualified landscape contractor to repair a collapsing stack stone wall in front of the Public Safety Building adjacent to the fountain pond which faces 17/92 and sits on the corner of 17/92 and Eslinger Way. The address is 150 Eslinger Way, Sanford, FL 32773. Erosion from storm water runoff has caused the landscape wall to fail. We seek a landscape contractor who can remove and disassemble the wall, install erosion barrier control silt screen, #57 stone as a new base and reinstall the stack stone pavers as they were originally. County staff will remove the existing electrical and associate fixtures prior to the commencement of any work. Contractor will be responsible for all work associated with this project, including any permits if required, tools, equipment, additional materials and debris removal. Insurance Required Yes Bid Bond Required No Performance Bond Required No The approximate dimensions of the wall to be repaired is 5 feet high and 50 feet in length. Contractor will be responsible for repairing any landscape damage during the repair process. Contractor will provide a two year warranty on the section of the wall repaired.
