Notice is hereby given that the City of Harlingen, Texas is requesting Statements of Qualifications for the following: RFQ No 2022-03 Professional Aquatic Engineering Design & Construction Management Services The City of Harlingen is requesting Statements of Qualifications for consulting firms licensed with the State of Texas interested in being considered in providing aquatic engineering design and construction management services for the Victor Park Pool Renovation Project located at 1601 S. M St., Harlingen, TX. The City is accepting SOQs for qualified Aquatic Engineering consultants to prepare plans, specifications, estimates, and construction management (if required). The City of Harlingen does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, sex, gender, age, familial status, disability, or national origin in employment or provision of services, programs, or activities. Small, minority, and women business enterprises are encouraged to submit their qualifications statements for consideration.
