WORK DESCRIPTION: The Work under this contract includes office and field work required to construct improvements to the new Customer Service Center at the Salem Civic Center. The associated work includes but is not limited to; interior and exterior site demolition, interior remodel, structure addition, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) improvements, landscaping, and concrete (footings and flatwork) work. BID SECURITY: Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. AWARD: The City of Salem ("City") reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for thirty (30) days. Engineer's Estimate $1,000,000 to $1,300,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
