As of March 21, 2022 This project is already awarded to Kuechle Underground Inc. with the awarded amount of $4,045,009.55. The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 19,700 S Y Remove Bituminous Pavement 11,300 L F Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 4,400 C Y Excavation - Common (P) 1,780 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (3,B) 2,370 TON Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (3,B) 5,600 L F 8" - 12" PVC Sanitary Sewer 5,700 L F 15" - 36" RCP Storm Sewer 5,700 L F 8" PVC Watermain For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. The Contractor shall prosecute the Work continuously and effectively, with the least possible delay, to the end that all Work is completed within the Contract Time. If the Owner grants an extension of the Contract Time, the extended time for completion will be in full force and effect as thought it was originally specified. The Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be issued by the Owner in May 2022. The exact date of issuance will be determined based on the Contractor's schedule. Construction shall start within seven days of receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Work will be substantially completed on or before October 14, 2022.
