Hearst ES Intercom Replacement Bid Reading Questions Due Date: Jan 4th 2022, 12:00 PM CST Provide all labor and materials to replace Master head end Intercom station with spare capacity per CPS standards and specifications: o Provide data drop from concentrator enclosure located in main office to head end master station. o Provide networked intercom system for school wide notification during emergency situations. o Remove existing intercom head end phones per CPS standards. Provide 1 station located in main office. Existing master stations to be returned to CPS. o Existing intercom speakers and call buttons to remain. o Provide alternate pricing#1 for replacement of existing intercom speakers and call buttons in entire building. Reuse existing conduit and wiring. o Reuse existing power at each master head end location. Extend conduit and wiring as required. o Contractor to visit the site and have walked-thru entire school prior to providing a bid. Mandatory walk-thru date will be sent out with bid documents.
