PROJECT DESCRIPTION Classroom renovations and exterior sidewalk replacement in the Cosgrove Middle School on the Spencerport Central School District Campus. This project will proceed under Three (3) Lump Sum Prime Contracts including: Contract # 401 General Trades/General Construction Work/Site Work - ($225,000) Contract # 402 Mechanical (HVAC) - ($500,000) Contract # 403 Electrical - ($225, 000) In case the Bidder is unable to attend the on-site Pre-bid walk through, a separately scheduled walk through can be arranged with the Construction Manager and the School District's Buildings and Grounds Department. Bidders are warned that if they arrive onsite without a prescheduled appointment on any day other than the Pre-bid Meeting and Walkthrough date and time, they will not be admitted to any of the District buildings and will be asked to leave the District property until such time that an appointment has been made. REJECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS The OWNER hereby reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any or all bids or to accept the one that, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the OWNER. Instructions to Bidders. NONCOLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATE A non-collusive bidding certificate shall be included on each bid. IRAN DIVESTMENT ACT CERTIFICATION Specification Section 004000 - Iran Divestment Act Certification shall be included with each bid. SEXUAL HARASSMENT CONTRACT LANGUAGE Specification Section 004001 - Sexual Harassment Contract Language shall be included with each bid. RETURN OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS Any Bidder, upon returning the Bidding Documents in good condition within thirty (30) days after date set for Bid opening will be refunded his deposit. Bid documents, if requested, will be mailed to Bidders upon receipt of deposit and reimbursement for the cost of mailing. Mailing fee for one set is $35.00 for UPS delivery. Check shall be payable to Rotolite-Elliot Corp. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished.
