PROJECT DESCRIPTION Classroom renovations and exterior sidewalk replacement in the Cosgrove Middle School on the Spencerport Central School District Campus. This project will proceed under Three (3) Lump Sum Prime Contracts including: Contract # 401 General Trades/General Construction Work/Site Work - ($225,000) Contract # 402 Mechanical (HVAC) - ($500,000) Contract # 403 Electrical - ($225, 000) In case the Bidder is unable to attend the on-site Pre-bid walk through, a separately scheduled walk through can be arranged with the Construction Manager and the School District's Buildings and Grounds Department. Bidders are warned that if they arrive onsite without a prescheduled appointment on any day other than the Pre-bid Meeting and Walkthrough date and time, they will not be admitted to any of the District buildings and will be asked to leave the District property until such time that an appointment has been made.
