Portable Air Monitoring Shelter (6.5ft x 8ft) as per attached Requirements Overview, and Specifications Summary Spreadsheet which form part of this Invitation to Quote.Bidders MUST submit a completed copy of the attached Specifications Summary Spreadsheet alongside their signed ITQ bid form. Bidders MUST complete the attached Specifications Summary Spreadsheet detailing the proposed unit's compliance with all of the Stated Specifications, and submit it alongside their Invitation to Quote response. The Province reserves the right to clarify a bidder's specifications, as needed, and the final determination of compliance with the Stated Specifications will reside with the Province. A preplanning meeting after award and before commencement of construction must be held to ensure all requirements are adequately met. All materials/fabrication must conform to the Ministry's stated specifications/requirements and may not be accepted without inspection. The Ministry reserves the right to conduct inspections during the manufacturing/fabricating process. Pricing to be FOB destination, all delivery and duty/brokerage/tariffs/enviro fees (if applicable) charges to be included in the total cost. Vendor to provide 48 hours' notice prior to delivery. Delivery to occur during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00 pm. All goods and services must be received and invoiced on or before March 28, 2022. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the purchase order.
