The Town intends to use the Request for Qualifications to create a pre-qualified selection list for Engineering Plan Review. It is anticipated that no more than six (6) contracts will be awarded for these services During the course of the Contract(s), as projects are identified, the Consultant will be asked to attend a Joint Scope Meeting(s) with Town Representatives and others as necessary. The meeting will outline a brief scope of work, potential project schedule and additional project specific requirements. The Consultant will then prepare a Proposal for the project including a detailed scope of work, price proposal and project schedule. If the Proposal is acceptable to the Town, a Project Task Order will be issued. All Project Task Orders, project notices, requests, instructions, amendments, approvals and claims shall be in writing. 1. Perform review of subdivision and commercial infrastructure improvement plans including, but not limited to, final plats, grading, paving, drainage and irrigation, water, sewer, reclaimed water, traffic signal, street lighting, signing and pavement markings, and landscaping and landscape irrigation in accordance with Town policies, requirements and procedures. 2. The work product shall consist of written comments with red-line plans or online plan review comments, data entry and/or digital redlines. The comments or approval/denial letter shall be returned to the Town after each review is completed. 3. Access to and utilization of Town supplied software systems may be required. 4. Availability and need for services may have short notifications and deadlines. Service duration may vary based on Town needs.
