The scope of Work contemplated includes the reconstruction/improvements of tennis courts, basketball courts, handball courts, a volleyball court, the reconstruction of softball and baseball fields and installing the necessary drainage, as well as all other work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 120 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Please be advised that State funds through the Green Acres Program are being utilized in this project. Under NJ.A.C. 7:1-5, vendors currently suspended, debarred, or disqualified are excluded from participation on this project.
