Prices Offered Are to Remain Firm for Twelve Months Following the Bid Opening Date. *the Quantities Specified on the Following Pages Are Estimates Only. The City Will Order Items on an as Needed Basis. Award of Bid Does Not Guarantee That We Will Purchase the Quantity Specified. *items Bid Must Meet the Ranges, Thread Patterns on the Repair Bands, Clamps and Saddles as Described and Specified. *all Potable Water Products Must Be Certified as No Lead/low Lead Compliant or They Will Be Refused and/or Returned at the Vendor's Expense. *awarded Vendors Are Required to Give 24 Hour Notice Prior to Delivery of Items to Donna @ 423- 224-2441. Deliveries Will Be Accepted Between the Hours of 7:00 a.m. And 2:30 P.m. Eastern Time Monday Thru Friday The contract will be awarded for a period of one (1) year with a renewal option on an annual basis in one (1) year increments providing all terms, conditions and cost are acceptable to both parties. The City reserves the right to re-bid at the end of any contract period.
