MCMP Area Restoration This project consists of earth work and plantings including: Tree removal, pavement removal, clearing, concrete sidewalk placement, grading, topsoil placement, planting, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the contract This item shall consist of preparatory work and operations, including, but not limited to the following: 1. The movement of personnel, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to the project site. 2. The establishment of the Contractor's field offices, buildings, and other facilities to work on the project. 3. Other work and operations that must be performed. 4. Obtaining all other materials necessary to mobilize and subsequently demobilize the construction preparatory operations 5. Establishing all other facilities and incidental items necessary to perform work in accordance with the requirements of the contract that are not specifically identified as other items of work. 6. Expenses incurred, prior to beginning work on the various contract items on the project site. 7. Pre-construction costs, exclusive of bidding costs, which are necessary direct costs to the project rather than directly attributable to other pay items under the contract. 8. Removing all equipment and temporary works which do not form part of the Works at the end of construction.
