Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Upgrades and repairs to Yvon-Brunet Long Term Care Centre. The scope of the project includes complete refurbishment of the B wing including repairs of interior finishes, floor, wall, ceilings, addition of an elevator and upgrade of the existing elevator, redevelopment of the ground floor and addition of isolation rooms, reconfiguration of guard posts, replacement of all plumbing fixtures, addition of air conditioning in the bedrooms, upgrading of fire doors and exits, refurbishment of bathrooms and laundry rooms on the floors. TIMELINE: The project remains on hold pending funding. Timelines of further project development are not finalized. Further update in fall 2026.
