Renovation of a municipal facility in Owego, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Broome DDSOO is seeking a vendor to remove a flat roof and rebuild with a sloped roof. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner. Work shall be completed per the below scope of work and attached engineered stamped drawings. Interested vendors must attend a required site visit as detailed in the below general requirements. Tear off and rebuild roof per the attached drawings. Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of debris created during project and for cleaning or repairing any part of the facility damaged during work. Contractor shall warrantee work for a period of one year from date of payment . Warrantee shall be for parts and labor. Work shall conform to all applicable codes, be done according to manufacturer's instructions and follow industry best practices. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Work must be completed within 60 days of receiving the purchase order BID DEADLINE DATE 01/13/22 BID DEADLINE TIME: 2:00pm
