Renovation of a municipal facility in Canton, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bid Bond (5%) Performance Bond (100%) Questions concerning the request for proposals should be directed in writing and submitted to the Operations Manager of Public Works, Scott Hooper, via facsimile (770) 720-7184 or. Questions must be received no later than one week before the proposal due date. All questions and responding answers will be posted to the electronically at least 72 hours prior to the proposal deadline. The time allowed for substantial completion is 120 days, and the time allowed for completion and readiness for final payment is 150 days from the date a notice to proceed is issued by the City of Canton. The City of Canton is seeking quotes from qualified firms that are capable of fulfilling a renovation to convert a portion or all of an existing mens toilet/shower/locker room into a more functional bathroom facility to accommodate employees. See attachment for design detail with finishes for high efficient urinals/toilets/sinks. Option 1 Replace flooring with RR vinyl flooring to match throughout Public Works facility. Including replacing all baseboards and shoe molding throughout the facility. This option should include any finishes and painting for new baseboards and molding. Option 2 Painting all rooms and hallways throughout the Public Works facility
