**As of March 2, 2022, project has been awarded to Schroeder Inc. in the Amount Not-to-Exceed $175,000.** Location of the Work: Various sites within the boundaries of the Village of Lake Zurich. The Village of Lake Zurich is accepting sealed bids to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for concrete flatwork construction including sidewalks, curb, gutter, and detectable warning fields at various locations as determined by the Municipality. The successful bidder shall warrant and guarantee that the bid price will be firm and that there will not be an escalation at time of service. A bid bond or certified check payable to the Village of Lake Zurich for 10% of the bid total is required with the presented bid. A 100% performance bond will be required from the successful bidder. The Village of Lake Zurich reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, and to waive any technicality, informality or irregularity in the proposals received, and to disregard all nonconforming or conditional proposals or counter-proposals and to hold the proposal for sixty (60) days from the opening date set forth above. The Village further reserves the right in its sole discretion to award the proposal to the most responsible bidder whose offer best responds in quality, fitness and capacity to the requirements of the proposed work or usage and therefore is in the best interest of the Village.
