Renovation of a mixed-use development in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,932-square-foot medical facility.

SCOPE OF WORK: Partial remodel and interior design upgrade of existing clinical spaces on level 4. The total gross square footage of level 4 is 20,203 square feet, out of which upgrades will take place for 9,932 square feet. As indicated in the drawing. All existing toilet rooms, elevators and HVAC systems will be existing to remain. Demolition is confined to removal of casework, furniture and finishes only and will be accomplished under the same permit as the remodel work. Please note the following: This is a Public Works project. All subcontractors must be DIR registered and are responsible for certified payroll reporting. Subcontractors are responsible for their own parking expenses. Subcontractors will be required to abide by UCSF COVID Protocols. Waiver of Subrogation will be required for workers compensation. Additional insured endorsement will be required for General Liability naming MCC and UCSF as additional insured. Note from Marvin Collins Construction: Job walk photos have been issued, as of January 7, 2022. Addendum #1-#5 have been issued as of January 24, 2022.
