Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include: Removal and replacement of ADA pedestrian curb ramps, curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt, and ancillary improvements necessary to facilitate curb ramps and sidewalks, which conform to American Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. Some areas require placing pavement markings, traffic control, public relations, and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the Improvement Plans and Specifications. Minimum Wage rates have been determined by the Labor Commissioner of the State of Nevada and are set forth in the contract documents. In no case shall the wage rates be less than prescribed therein.
