Prevailing wage rates for Washoe County shall be posted on the work site and paid to all classifications of labor as required by the laws of the State of Nevada. The work to be performed under this Contract shall be commenced by the successful Bidder after the executed Contract Documents have been submitted, and within five (5) calendar days of the commencement date set forth in the Notice to Proceed.
