Reference Number : 1555121 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-01-12 Electronic submission accepted: No The OMHM is issuing a call for tenders for professional building envelope expertise services, for the inspection of a group of buildings. The purpose of these assessments will be to implement the provisions of the Building Chapter of the Safety Code (CBCS), in order to issue an inspection report which certifies the safety character of the facades of the buildings targeted by this call for tenders. The contract consists of rendering the services and carrying out all the inspection services of the facades in accordance with the contractual documents. Without limitation, the SUPPLIER must inspect the facades of twenty-five (25) residential towers, provide reports and issue safety certificates. The OMHM begins its 2 nd inspection cycle of its building stock of five (5) floors and more. The majority of the buildings targeted by this call for tenders have already been the subject of corrective work and these inspections will aim to ensure the safety and sustainability of the buildings. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
